Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Recruitment Manager to lead our IT Hiring & Staffing vertical. This role involves managing a team of 8–12 recruiters, driving performance, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality technical talent for internal and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular training and upskilling sessions.
  • IT Recruitment Strategy
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and bulk IT roles.
  • Stay updated with tech hiring trends and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers and client teams to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership.
  • Process Optimization
  • Implement best practices in recruitment operations.
  • Leverage ATS and recruitment tools for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets, hiring trends, and sourcing channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in staffing and contract hiring models.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
