• With relevant sourcing experience using different job portals
• Willing to report to the office physically (hybrid set-up)
• Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment
• Schedule: 8 hour shift

Job Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and roles; review job descriptions
• Assist with development and revision of specifications and job descriptions
• Draft recruitment advertisements and post in effective media
• Coordinate with agencies for posting; forecast hiring needs with IT leads
• Build presence in technical/industry community
• Perform background checks and verify information
• Ensure proper onboarding and timely paperwork
• Aim to build a diverse and qualified tech team
• Other related duties as assigned

• Who you are
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant recruitment experience across levels
• At least 2 years in BPO/global shared services or delivery centers, banking/finance, fintech; IT & Engineering roles
• RPO or Executive search experience is a plus
