Business Development Specialist Job Summary:We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who is passionate about sales and marketing and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Requirements for the role:Proven sales experience from independent contractor, sales representative or distributor background, Freelancing, social media platformsBachelor’s or master’s degreeAbility to negotiate and collaborate with others in a positive manner.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong computer skills.Great time management.Strong decision-making skillsMust be willing to start immediatelyMain Duties:Build existing and develop new freelancers & business relationshipsCreate, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to determine effectiveness of influencers efforts and anticipate customer needsSecure new business using a variety of methods, such as cold calling, email, trade shows, and referralsWork with influencers teams to identify, develop, and articulate new business opportunities in any other platformIdentify and communicate sales opportunities throughout the organizationProvide support to influencers teams and individuals by preparing reports and presentationsAssist with special projects and tasks as requested
