Area of Assignment: Baesa, Pasig, SucatMain Responsibility:Conquer- Prospect potential outlets- Identify potential areas such as POI’s and other business opportunities, strategies and initiatives.Negotiation- Negotiate and follow-up agreements / contracts and trade terms based on the value proposal e.g. credit, discount, promotion, bundles, outlet decoration/ makeoverDevelopment- Execute and follow-up on KPIs such as sales, volume, productivity and availability- Develop new categories in key outlets- Guarantee the execution of the PicOS elements, price and availabilityAdministration- Register work orders e.g. outlet details update and cooler equipment requests- Perform administrative services such as data maintenance, survey and asset controlManagement- Ensure smooth interactions and hand-off with other internal functions e.g. alignment with call center agent, supervisor and back office supportMerchandise- Ensure deployment and utilization of merchandising materials in outlet- Execute merchandising on promotions and PICOS- Train outlet owners on achieving PICOS e.g. maintenance of prices, image, etc.Sell- Conduct in-store check on inventory- Ensure sell-in of suggested order quantity per SKU (portfolio compliance)- Perform the price promotions in order to increase salesOrder Taking- Ensure order taking in all outlets- Ensure transmission of order or synching process for delivery- Perform returns / exchange of products, when Sales Group Leader authorizesDelivery and Collection- Ensure on time in full delivery of products and collection of returns / empties.- Ensure safety of products, vehicle and equipment.- Ensure collection of payment for outlets with credit term agreement.- Ensure proper accounting and settlement of cash and cheque.Qualifications & Competencies Required:Educational- A degree in Business Management, or any other similar disciplineWork Experience- At least 5-years extensive experience on any fast-moving consumer goods company preferably in the fieldreturnable glass business.- Experienced in customer service system, sales distribution and sales management.Certification / Professional License required:-Holder of professional driver's license code 1,2,3-Experience in sales is an advantage
