Location: Remote (Philippines)We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This position requires someone who excels at strategy and process, with a strong ability to implement and execute successful business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive company growth.-Revamp and optimize marketing and sales materials to align with business objectives.-Conduct market research to identify high-potential channels and customer segments.-Enhance online presence through targeted strategies, including website revamp and content optimization.-Identify opportunities for increased operational efficiency, particularly in high-volume information distribution.-Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and smooth execution of business strategies.-Monitor and analyze business development performance and recommend adjustments for improvement.Qualifications:-Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.-Strong understanding of business strategy, process improvement, and operational efficiency.-Experience in revamping marketing, sales, and digital materials.-Ability to create and implement strategies that deliver measurable results.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-Detail-oriented with a focus on implementing effective strategies for high-volume environments.-Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.Application Process:-Skype Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Skype interview to discuss your experience, strategic thinking, and how you approach business development challenges.-Detailed Strategic Plan: Present a plan outlining how you would revamp our website, improve marketing/sales materials, and target the right channels.
