About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Officer (female preferred) to join our growing team in Cebu. This role is focused on basic HR and administrative functions, including payroll coordination, employee attendance tracking, and ongoing recruitment to support our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate closely with our accountant for payroll processing.
- Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
- Calculate bonuses and ensure accurate application of attendance and performance incentives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for various positions (chat support, VAs, managers, and technical roles).
- Maintain a consistent pool of 20–30 active candidates ready for deployment.
- Ensure weekly pipelines of at least 10–15 candidates for chat support roles.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for VAs, sales/chat support agents, managers, and technical profiles.

Administrative HR Support
- Keep records of employee information, performance tracking, and compliance.
- Assist management in implementing policies, incentive structures, and team growth plans.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR within the BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll coordination and employee attendance management.
- Experience recruiting at scale (customer support, sales agents, VAs, or managers).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet recruitment targets.
