A. Job Description Manage HR-related functions, including monitoring staff attendance, approving leaves, handling absences, implementing disciplinary actions, and issuing memos and pay slips. Ensure the office building and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and functional, and report any issues to the Head Office. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly branch reports, including performance updates and other required documentation, to Head Office. Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure processes are smooth, efficient, and compliant with company policies. Organize, maintain, and update branch files, records, and databases for accuracy and easy retrieval. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails, acting as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with minor accounting and administrative functions as needed. Monitor utilities and building dues. Enforce company policies and employee discipline to maintain a positive work culture. B. What We’re Looking For Located in Cebu. At least 5 years of experience as an HR/Admin Officer. Strong background in employee relations.
