Job DescriptionServe as a strategic partner to business leaders in developing HR strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment for driver, helper, and office roles. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Oversee employee onboarding and training programs. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Maintain accurate HR records and employee data management. Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Educational Qualifications- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in HR or people management roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Payroll, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
