Job Title: Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant to help with the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work diligently under pressure and maintain discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize office procedures and assist associates to optimize workflows
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records with accuracy and validity
  • Monitor supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests
  • C-coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed

Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
