DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative support for office efficiency.
- Handles phone calls, schedules meetings, and assists visitors.
- Completes tasks by scheduling projects and expediting results.
- Communicates professionally via phone, mail, and other channels.
- Assists in report preparation.
- Provides information by answering questions.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering necessary supplies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in administration or clerical work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Locations: Taguig City and Makati.
