Completes operational requirements by scheduling projects and expediting work results.
Exhibits professional communication via phone and mail.
Assists in report preparation and answers questions.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Available in Taguig City or Makati.
