Sales Virtual Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Virtual Assistant to lead and expand our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Generate leads through cold calling and email outreach.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct regular sales training and performance evaluations.
  • Report on sales activity and provide forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Reliable and fast internet connection with a suitable computer and headset for virtual work.
