Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
* Organize office and assist associates in optimizing procedures
* Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
* Create and update records for accuracy and validity
* Monitor supplies and handle shortages
* Resolve office malfunctions and respond to requests
* Coordinate with other departments for policy compliance
* Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
* Perform receptionist duties when needed
Requirements and skills:
* Proven experience as a back-office assistant or office assistant
* Working knowledge of office equipment
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
