Your Role
  • Provide helpful information and support to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Utilize your knowledge and expertise to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Your Responsibilities
  • Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through close cooperation with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center.
  • Establish and strengthen operational relationships with customers through daily interactions and regular care visits.
  • Qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within the given price band, following up to ensure acceptance and closure.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure the inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into our systems.
  • Qualify and enter customer orders into the operational execution process.
  • Collaborate with Finance to adjust credit limits and coordinate measures in case of challenges.
  • Document, resolve, and analyze complaints, identifying and sharing root causes to eliminate them.
  • Create, review, and refine customer reports to ensure delivery against financial targets and strategic objectives.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Graduate of a 4-year course with a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience and knowledge in Logistics/Freight Operations.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to work onsite in a dynamic environment.
