Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop, server, printer, and other connected devices
  • Perform OS and software updates and patch management
  • Document all work performed through a support ticketing system
  • Assist in creating knowledgebase articles, checklists, and FAQs
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems
  • Knowledge of 0365, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Familiarity with supporting TCP/IP, cables, IP phones, workstation connectivity, printer connectivity, and Active Directory administration
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with hospitality platforms such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), Revenue Management, key card systems, Building Management, HotSOS, Saflok, InnComm, etc.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months / Project base
Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
