HR Timekeeping and Customer Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Review timecards to ensure accurate employee time recording and completion.

Collaborate with employees to resolve errors such as missing punches and job corrections.

For corrections after payroll processing, complete a Timecard Adjustment Form, obtain employee and supervisor signatures, and submit to the Payroll department.

Accurately monitor and record employee work hours.

Maintain and update timesheets and attendance records.

Process payroll based on recorded hours and attendance.

Provide reports to management regarding employee attendance, tardiness, and productivity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding work hours and overtime pay.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong customer service skills and ability to work with employees at all levels.
