  • Developing monthly action plans to achieve sales goals
  • Reporting data to management and collecting market insights
  • Contributing to team objectives as needed
  • Representing the company in pop-ups and events
  • Ensuring regular updates of client details, account pipelines, and mailing lists
  • Managing customer relationships, including establishing and maintaining the CRM system and monitoring related metrics
  • Supervising interns and partnerships with external parties
