About the job

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for handling end to end sales for Acxelsus. Duties will include establishing sales processes, building a sales funnel, generating leads, business presentations, closing deals and negotiating contracts with potential and existing clients. What you'll do:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales in the service industry.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated sales ability in every aspect of the sales lifecycle.
  • Must be comfortable doing business over the phone/video call and be a confident and aggressive prospector.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
