Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)

  • Bragais Shoes Master Brand: Develops and Implements consistent DBAs (Distinct Brand Assets) across all platforms and makes sure Bragais Shoes branding is prominently seen across all marketing and sales activities
  • Develops campaign communications throughout the year to make sure there is consistent & increasing awareness and relevance of the brand
  • Execute and implement campaigns
  • Develops full year Business Plan to guide Bragais Shoes brand for the short and long term
  • Manages A&P (advertising and promotion)
  • Presents and analyzes post-campaign evaluations

NPD Management

  • Develops NPD (New Product Development) launch plans and execute them flawlessly
  • Co-develop with sales team the Go-to-market plans for NPDs

Commercial and Cross-functional Management

  • Partners with Sales teams (Online and Offline) to help translate brand plans into sales success
  • Partners with Supply Chain/Manufacturing teams to help forecast demand of products
  • Conduct Monthly business reviews and updates to top management on sales and campaign performance

Digital Marketing

  • Drives digital strategy for Bragais Shoes brand
  • Develops marketing activity grid and social media planning
  • Develop content creation strategies for all Socmed platforms (especially TikTok)
  • Digital ad planning – with help from digital agency
  • PR and Influencer Management – develops influencer and PR plans to create relevance for the Bragais Shoes Brand

Experience:

2-3 years' experience with background in Overall Brand Management, Sales and Marketing. Background in FMCG, Retail, Apparel industries

  • 1-2 years managerial experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications in the English language
  • Solid analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS office application
  • Possess winning attitude in handling internal and external customers.
