Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)

The Brand Manager is accountable for achieving key business objectives for assigned brand/s or product lines through effective consumer marketing strategies.

This role involves developing a deep understanding of the factors driving brand growth, devising appropriate consumer-focused strategies and initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute plans successfully. Reporting to a Category Manager or higher, the Brand Manager plays a crucial role in driving brand success and market performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management and consumer marketing within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector
  • Proven track record in brand management, including brand strategy development and execution, integrated marketing communications, financial management, business analysis, and new product development.
  • Possesses a strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a keen focus on driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates proficiency in managing upwards and across different levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Exhibits a high sense of urgency and drive to achieve results within defined timelines.
  • Experience in leading and managing subordinate team members
  • Willingness to work at our Pasay Office location
