Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)

Strategic Planning – maximizing and allocating given resources to attain brand's financial and marketing goals and objectives

Product Management – be in charge of identifying customer needs and opportunities and fulfilling it with a product or a service

Product Life Cycle – analyze and efficiently manage how the products of a brand progresses in the organization from introduction to decline, and recommend steps to ensure smooth transition

Brand Profitability - manage profitability of rolled out promotions by maintaining healthy margins, cost to sales and weekly / monthly tracking of promo performances

Ads and Promo – manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve brand goals and objectives

Market Intelligence – conduct regular market research and analysis to stay current on industry trends, macroeconomic situations, consumer insights and competition

Digital Marketing – work closely with marketing team and recommend steps and actions to improve digital visibility of the brand

Control and Measure – monitoring and analyzing brand performance and making recommendations for improvement

Cross-Function Collaboration – work closely with other teams including sales, marketing, among others to ensure brand consistency and alignment with brand goals

Relationship Management – build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, key opinion leaders and businesses, media partners and suppliers

Representation – be the representative of the brand at various brand activities including (but not limited to) trade shows, events, and business meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years in brand management or product management roles
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
