Bookkeeper/ QuickBooks Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for managing discrepancies in QuickBooks
and assisting with personal tasks. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records and
ensuring the smooth operation of our bookkeeping system. Additionally, you will handle various personal
tasks for executives and team members to support their daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage discrepancies in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and up to date financial records.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to investigate and reconcile discrepancies, working towards timely resolution.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements based on the reconciled data.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on QuickBooks usage and best practices.
  • Handle personal tasks for executives and team members, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as answering phone calls, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing QuickBooks and reconciling financial data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and errors.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling personal tasks and sensitive information.
