HR ADMINISTRATIVE - COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate's Degree or a combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years experience working in benefits and administration liaising with government institutions.
- Above average oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills and experience
- Knowledge of specific software and web-based systems related to benefits management.
- Strong background to all HR Compensation & Benefits Facets
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Can work with minimal to no supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, other laws regulating employee benefits.
- Exemplifies customer service skills
- Responsible and result – oriented
- Team player
- Processes Company government mandated benefits.
- Tracks and ensures remittances are paid and posted.
- Secures clearance certificate from government agencies.
- Facilitates to prepare related compensation and benefits certificate.
- Coordinates and acts as company representative to government agencies related to Comp & Ben.
- Facilitates end to end Comp & Ben related activities such as posting, payment and its monitoring of mandated government remittances.
- Checks government agencies information portal from time to time.
- Assists and trains areas of any Comp & Ben related but not only limited to assigned areas.
- Produces compensation and benefits report.
- Provides payroll assistance.
