Your role

The Compensation Management Assistant will beresponsible for evaluating and processing recommendations for the following:

  • Regularization of probationary employees.
  • Rank & file (R/F) merit increase.
  • Promotion of rank & file (RF) up to Junior Officer (JO) levels.
