Responsibilities:
Account Management
Handling and observation of day-to-day operations
Distribution of stock allocations
Monitoring and analysis of sales performance, deliveries and payments
Creation of credit memos
Confirmation of billing statements

Sales Management
Daily reporting of inventory, paymenet and current sales performance
Weekly and monthly reporting of program effectiveness and team sales achievements
Creation of sales programs to help and support clients' needs
Negotiation and facilitation of sales operations
Identification and execution of growth opportunities for clients

Preferred skills
Excellent critial thinking and problem solving skills
Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Fine attention-to-detail and analytical skills
Good time management skills and able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications
College graduate from any business/management related course
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Proficient in English, Tagalog and Chinese (Mandarin and Hokkien)
Able to work on-site everyday in BGC and off-site for client meetings
