We are seeking a Channel Account Manager to play a fundamental role within the broader Sales Team within NEXTGEN Asia (Philippines). This role will report directly into the local Managing Director and is responsible for new business sales across all product lines within our partner community, nationally.

The successful candidate will lead the relationship of key accounts, expand into new partnerships whilst driving additional revenues through our current relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Manage the business to (over) achieve key sales targets.

· Developing and executing a sales plan that supports short and long term goals.

· Setting expectations with senior management through timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline and sales activity reporting.

· Supporting other sales staff (whether it be Vendor Managers, Technical Account Managers or Back office staff) as required, during any stage of the sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, evaluation, and close

· Internalizing and delivering the NEXTGEN ASIA value proposition clearly and persuasively to a variety of different audiences, including c-level executives.

· Developing a deep understand and be an evangelist of the product offering, customer need, and competitive landscape of our Partners and Vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 8 years, ideally of relevant experience in selling enterprise services and software solutions

· Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent over achievement against targets.

· Can demonstrate and articulate understanding and success in a channel sales environment

· Experience navigating complex sales cycles.

· Candidates must be results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude with unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism.

· Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development.

· Travel within South East Asia, should be anticipated.

Additional Qualifications that will be highly advantageous:

· Solid understanding of Cyber and Data Resilience Vendors (such as Crowdstrike, Netskope, Vectra)

· Sales experience with a Cloud vendor would be beneficial

· Sales experience within a channel based environment highly advantageous.
