Role Responsibilities:

The role of the Channel Sales Executive is to create revenue growth within North America, through sales via resellers to the education sector. Become an industry and product expert in the field of Content Filtering, Student Health and Wellbeing technologies as you share the Impero message across prospects and partners.

Thrive in an environment by reaching/exceeding Sales and Operational goals set by the Management Team. Work cohesively in a team environment to achieve collective goals.

Business Development

  • ·Selling the product portfolio by establishing contact and developing relationships with channel partners
  • ·Maintain relationships with reseller account executives by providing support, information, and guidance
  • ·Set up meetings with reseller sales teams and identifying their needs and concerns
  • ·Actively seek outnew sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • ·Detailed understanding of Impero product portfolio
  • ·Assist reseller partners with product knowledge and competitive differentiation
  • ·Create a sales plan that demonstrates how you will engage with reseller salespeople
  • ·Help resellers to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • ·Cultivate and build relationships with reseller account managers at a strategic level
  • ·Help resellers to identify complimentary avenues to expand Impero's footprint across territory
  • ·Attendance at events,exhibitions and trade shows where relevant
  • ·Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • ·Assist resellers in the preparation of tender and bid documents
  • ·Collaborate with team members across the Company
  • ·Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams i.e., product and marketing

Market and Competitor Information

  • ·Deep understanding of entire Impero product portfolio
  • Ability to teach resellers about products and demonstrate to partners
  • ·Enable partners to sell products through sales training and enablement
  • ·Understand current sources of market and competitor information
  • ·Identify sources of information on the market(s) in which Impero operates
  • Identify sources of information on Impero's main competitors and potential partners

Required skills/experience/qualifications:
  • ·Engaging personality capable of forming relationships with reseller account executives
  • ·Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • ·Clear record of accomplishment of achieving sales
  • ·Experience working in a similar or relevant role
  • ·Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • ·Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • ·Both transactional and consultative sales skills, and a proactive approach is essential for this role.
  • ·Hands-on experience withCRM software

This is a full-time, permanent role and will predominantly be remote based however there may be occasional travel to our Manilla office.
