Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines |Team Size: 8 |Reports to: Enterprise Sales Director | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Philippines | Language Requirements: English and Filipino, full proficiency, written and spoken | Work Arrangement: Hybrid
As our new Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to cultivate and strengthen relationships with key enterprise accounts, as well as identify and qualify opportunities for revenue growth and client services for Crayon.
Other responsibilities will include
- Development of customer portfolio
- Manage and develop customer network and foster relationships with C-level executives while driving the sales of our service and vendor offerings
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies
- Upsell and cross-sell Crayon's additional services and offerings
- Closely collaborate with the pre-sales and account team to build an account plan
- 5+ years of experience in the IT business, particularly within Multi-Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) or similar, and completion of commercial training with a good understanding of our services.
- Knowledgeable or experienced in licensing (with market-leading software vendors) and/or cloud is required. Vendor License Sales Certification is a plus
- A vast existing network within the commercial/enterprise ecosystem is highly regarded.
