Monroe Consulting Groups is currently seeking a Jr. Key Accounts Manager for a leading local FMCG company. The primarily responsible is leveraging economic, social, and political activities, as well as industry trends, to maximize volume potential in their assigned accounts. This role includes handling secondary accounts, such as local supermarkets, within the given area of assignment, with a focus on modern trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop assigned accounts to maximize sales and profit.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Utilize market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as Aged Trial Balance and Bad Orders.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless account management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
  • Amenable to work in Valenzuela and handle nationwide coverage.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Valid professional driver's license
  • At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience
  • Preferably at least 3 years of supervisory or people management experience
