Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager - Warehouse will lead initiatives to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring optimal performance of warehouse operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of warehouse logistics, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Strategy:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the warehouse's client base.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure that service delivery meets client expectations and contractual obligations.
Optimize warehouse processes and operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with the operations team to implement new technologies and practices that enhance productivity.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote warehouse services.
Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets for business development activities.
Conduct financial analysis to assess the profitability of new business opportunities.
Monitor revenue and expenditure to ensure financial health of the business unit.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, ora related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the logistics or warehouse industry.

• Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
