Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter/Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, scheduling appointments for our CEO, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. If you have a knack for finding leads, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients across various platforms, including social media, business directories, industry events, and other innovative channels.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential leads through phone calls, introducing LEAP Global Teams' outsourcing services, and effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Appointment Setting: Secure appointments for the CEO to speak with potential clients, ensuring a smooth handover and clear communication of meeting details.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning our services as the ideal solution.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for business growth.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, appointment bookings, and client interactions, providing regular updates and reports to the CEO.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and pursuing leads.
- Proficiency in using various lead generation tools and platforms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the outsourcing industry and knowledge of the Philippine market is a plus.
