Role Overview: Craftamo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, strategic planning, and team leadership. They will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, analyzing business performance, and developing growth strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5 talented individuals across various functions, including production, marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient operations by optimizing processes, workflows, and resource allocation.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key business metrics and performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, expand market reach, and increase revenue.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure that our products and services meet the needs and expectations of our target audience.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and financial resources effectively to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, communicate key insights and recommendations, and provide strategic guidance for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Passion for arts and crafts and a keen understanding of the creative industry is a plus.
