Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding our online auction platform's reach within the industry.
This position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, team building, and platform development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce and a passion for driving growth and innovation.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the platform's reach and market share within the industry.
- Lead the business development team in identifying and engaging key stakeholders, leaders, and potential partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform's features, user experience, and overall value proposition.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to develop talent and achieve objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the technology or online marketplace industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
