Manages recruitment team to ensure that deliverables are met. Conduct interviews to assess communication skills and gauge job fit for entry level positions.

Administer tests and assist in presenting job offer.

Assess system-wide recruitment needs and carry out action plan to meet required staffing needs ·

Ensure targets are met in a timely manner.

Perform sourcing activities through identifying appropriate sourcing channel which includes job fairs, networking, online job boards, recruitment agencies or employee referrals

Ensure and maintain the Customer Experience by establishing good relationship with our business partners both internally and externally, giving accurate and timely feedback of their requests, issues or concerns Meets overall HR performance/goals

Complete necessary reports, ad hoc reports as required.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in utilizing online job portals for sourcing activities
  • Excellent communication skills. Must possess effective organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to work on several hiring targets simultaneously
  • Ability to come up with sound and accurate decisions in any given circumstance
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting multiple deadlines in a high pressure environment.
