We are hiring Project-Based Recruiters who will work overnight out of ouroffice in Cebu City, Philippines. These recruiters willbe ready to jump into high-volume recruitment for the US. The Recruiter will be responsible for working with a global team in hiring non-exempt positions in high-volume environment. This is a project based position with the intention to move into full-time based on performance with competitive pay and the opportunity for continuous growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively utilizes candidate pipeline in ATS to screen resumes, interview candidates and extend offers
  • Build rapport with candidates and maintain strong business relationships using telephone, email, text, social media
  • Responsible for conducting a minimum of 24 scheduled phone interviews per day while using time efficiently for applicant reviews
  • Identify and select quality candidates for hire
  • Effectively move candidates through the interview process to offer
  • Calibrate with leadership on client candidate profile to identify and select candidates
  • Ensure all Onboarding, US-Domestic compliance, and regulatory guidelines are met
  • Commit to and meet weekly hiring needs for the organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned or necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6+ months of recruitment experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment or in an Recruiting/HR Administrative Function (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in HR/Recruitment a plus, OR 2 additional years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with US clients a plus
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (SAP preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
  • Motivated and persistent in meeting goals
  • Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail
  • Exhibit professionalism
  • Must be able to work US hours – i.e. 9:30pm-6:30am Manila Time
  • Flexible to change shift or work extended hours including holidays and weekends, based on business need
  • Work onsite in Cebu City, Philippines
