Regional Sales Head

The Regional Sales Head for Visayas will lead and manage the sales operations within the Visayas region, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role demands a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market share growth.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Budget Management: Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Visayas real estate market and business environment.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficient in sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
