The Regional Sales Head for Visayas will lead and manage the sales operations within the Visayas region, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role demands a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market share growth.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Budget Management: Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Visayas real estate market and business environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficient in sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
