As the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a seamless and efficient end-to-end hiring process, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies. Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's volume hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Leadership and Team Management. Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and training.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team, promoting equal opportunities for all candidates.
  • Technology and Innovation. Leverage technology and innovative tools to streamline and enhance the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Employer Branding. Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and other relevant networks to enhance the employer brand.
  • Metrics and Reporting. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment processes and regularly analyze metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment activities, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement. Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Facilitate effective communication and partnership between the talent acquisition team and various departments.
  • Candidate Experience. Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the candidate journey.
  • Continuous Learning and Development. Promote continuous learning and development within the talent acquisition team to stay abreast of industry best practices and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification in Human Resources Management is a PLUS.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of related experience, with at least two (2) years in a Director capacity.
  • Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition Director or in a senior leadership role in high-volume recruitment within the Philippines.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with local labor laws and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with local laws related to labor, employment, and discrimination.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools to optimize the hiring process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule.
  • Amenable to work onsite (Luzon: Ayala, Makati; VisMin: Cebu)
