Time management – from answering phone calls and emails to greeting interviewees, recruiting assistants work in a fast-paced environment where they are always on their feet juggling multiple tasks. Effective time management helps operations run smoothly and on time".
Responsibilities

Reviews the Manpower Requisition Form submitted by the requesting departments/branches and ensures completeness of data before endorsing to the Immediate Superior/Department Head for proper action. Sources applicants (various sourcing methods: online job advertisement/postings, job fairs – universities, government agencies, etc., ad placements - print ads, newspapers, tarpaulin, bulletin boards, etc., and referral methods) based on the approved Manpower Requisition Form within the standard recruitment period. Develops pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Drafts job advertisements and posts approved job openings to both internal and external job search channels/portals. Organizes internal recruitment activities. Participates in external recruitment events to promote the company with a view of attracting candidates to apply for posts. Schedules applicants for testing and interview. Administers, scores and evaluates assessment tests as required. Conducts resume screening and initial interview with suitable candidates. Schedules and coordinates interviews with the Immediate Superior and the requesting department. Compiles and validates pre-employment requirements of successful candidates. Prepares temporary ID for newly hired employees. Processes documents needed in securing PhilHealth No. and TIN of newly hired employees. Endorses the applicant's pre-employment medical examination results to the Company Nurse for assessment. Performs background check from previous employment of successful candidates. Prepares individual 201 file and Employment Contract for newly hired employees and endorses to respective HR Account Manager. Keeps track of the status of applicants. Reviews and evaluates 201 File and employment record of former employees who are recommended for re-hiring. Prepares and submits accurate reports/data such as: Weekly Manpower Requisition (MR) Status Report, Weekly Telemarketers/Telecollectors Status Report, Memo re newly hired employees, List of newly hired employees for payroll or training (as applicable) purposes. Maintains and updates database of applicants. Deals with and responds to inquiries of applicants, employees, officers related to recruitment issues or processes. Conducts researches and study on current recruitment trends and new ways to increase effectiveness of recruitment campaigns. Replenishes printed recruitment forms and ensures they are kept up to date. Conducts exit interview to resigning employees.

  • Graduate of Human Resource, Pyschology or any related course. With at least internship experience in Recruitment.
  • Has good Communication Skills and Interviewing Skills.
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can relate with different kinds of people.
  • Capable to think out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Computer proficient, organized, resourceful, systematic, proactive, and can work with minimum supervision.
