HR MANAGER - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & RECRUITMENT - PASIG

Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals and promote a positive work culture. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for all levels within the organization.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed.
  • Onboarding and Training:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
    • Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation sessions.
    • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to implement relevant training programs.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters.
    • Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
    • Work with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and provide guidance on employee development plans.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including PhilHealth, SSS, PAG-IBIG, and other perks.
    • Address employee inquiries related to benefits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
    • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in the retail industry.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in the field of Human Resources
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
