About our client: An Emerging Filipino fusion restaurant in the metro

Working Arrangement: Onsite. Pasig and San Juan Area

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
Relevant Certifications: Such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or

Professional Experience
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is highly advantageous.
HR Experience: At least 3-5 years in human resources roles, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance in the Restaurant or Food Industry settings

Core Competencies
Talent Acquisition: Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding restaurant staff.
Employee Relations: Strong ability to manage workplace conflicts, employee grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
Training Programs: Experience in designing and executing staff training and development initiatives.
Labor Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to the restaurant industry.
Performance Management: Skills in developing performance review systems and conducting evaluations.
Compensation & Benefits: Proficient in managing payroll, benefits, and compensation packages.
HR Technology: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and handle multiple priorities.
