Key Responsibilities to Hit the Right Notes:

Assessing applications from agents and clients.Ensuring that clients/agents provide Australian Internships with all required application documentation.Developing and maintaining relationships with interns and agents, ensuring a smooth application process for all candidates and group intakes into the internship program.Arranging application interviews directly with interns or through agents with Australian Internships.Conducting telephone, Teams, or face-to-face interviews with all program participants, with support from the IPS team.Maintaining professionalism as a representative of the business to all agents and interns.Ensuring all interns within the portfolio are updated on all aspects of their internship application and maintaining regular contact during the admission process.Assisting Australian Internships' administration staff regarding entering applications into the database and activating applications.Ensuring all interns receive Interview Feedback and Letters of Acceptance.Allocating interns to IPM and IPS based on the weekly portfolio numbers report.Providing all information supplied to the IPS and IPM team regarding any applicant and providing feedback to all relevant parties.Consistently being pleasant, considerate, and empathetic to internal and external clients and colleagues, and providing high-level support for interns.Completing weekly/fortnightly portfolio reports and database audits.Forming part of the Administration and Admission Team; training will be provided in handling application inquiries. Completing application inquiries and follow-up as assigned.Providing support to all Internship Program Supervisors, Internship Program Managers, Administration, and Finance staff.Providing constant support to Management and reporting feedback (both positive and negative) to Management.
