Primary Responsibilities:

Represent the school to help position iACADEMY as the school of choiceAssists efforts to gain leads to increase enrolmentActively engage with prospective students to discuss and promote offeringsProvide guidance and information to prospective studentsConduct presentations and activities to promote the school's values and program offeringsConduct outbound calls and respond to inquiries to drive admissionsMaintain and update reports and students records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulationsStay informed with trends and incorporate innovative approachesCollaborative with the Marketing team to develop content strategies that align with department goalsPresenting campus tours to potential clients, which include parents, guardians, teachers and studentsCalling potential students for College and SHS to promote iACADEMY and to invite potential students for examinationProviding essential information about iACADEMY relating to admissions and enrollment presenting to various audiences outlining admission's requirements, financial aid and other related inquiriesObtaining information on school schedules, as well as cost of tuition fees and other expenses of potential studentsMaking vital information available to the community through visits and presentations by developing and planning calendar of activities regarding high school visits, college fairs and other college eventsCoordinating visits with high school counselors, high school faculty, or other event coordinators ensuring that iACADEMY is represented at school events/functionsWorking collaboratively with college faculty, staff and current students to attract new students by sharing information and requests with faculty about recruitment opportunities at local high schools.Providing general administrative and clerical support to the External Relations / Admissions TeamRequirement:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentResults-oriented and able to thrive under pressureFamiliarity with data protection regulations and confidentiality principlesProficient in using database management systems and Microsoft Office/Google ApplicationsExceptional attention o detail and organizational skillsPrevious experience in admissions or a related field is a plus
