We are looking for a like-minded, like-hearted Program Innovations Director who is passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God and serving off-grid communities nationwide by bringing renewable solutions for their development.

The PROGRAM INNOVATIONS DIRECTOR will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of innovative programs that align with Hybrid Social Solutions mission to drive social impact through technology.

  • Lead the planning and execution of innovative programs and projects that advance Hybrid Social Solutions mission.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for impactful interventions in underserved communities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, private sector entities, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of new programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, using data-driven insights to refine and improve initiatives.
  • Lead research initiatives to explore new technologies and methodologies that can enhance program effectiveness.
  • Serve as a key spokesperson for Hybrid Social Solutions programs, representing the organization at conferences, workshops, and other public forums.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and beneficiaries.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other communications to various stakeholders.

We're looking for candidate with the following competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on social innovation and sustainable development.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs in a similar context.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with a passion for social change.
  • Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in off-grid and underserved communities
