Assisting partner venues with successful onboardingCollaborating with clients and Menu Makers to onboard venues confidently, while sharing insights for improvement and best practicesProviding tireless support to ensure an incredible hospitality experience for clientsEnsuring partner venues understand the integration process and feel confident in ongoing menu updatesProblem-solving and documenting new findings for the development team's learningPromoting products and personally assisting team members in closing dealsCollaborating across teams, including the development, build, project, implementation, and marketing teamsEstablishing and nurturing partnerships and relationships with customers and venue partnersConducting Client Satisfaction SurveysCrafting the Perfect Blend: Essential Ingredients for Success
Minimum of 3 years of customer success experience in a B2B technology organizationExperience in B2B salesExperience working in the Australian market is highly advantageousProficient problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex systemsPassion for learning, with the ability to learn quickly and support othersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization and time management skills; adept at managing a busy and high-paced teamLove for problem-solving and taking actionPersonal Characteristics Required:
