Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift, Wednesday to Sunday (10AM to 6PM) AU time; Will observe DST change schedule

Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas

Provide support for all technology incidentsManage escalations to the incident and problem management functionsOffer insights into IT operations improvementsHandle user queries and issues, ensuring they are captured, validated, and triaged for further processingEnsure that various types of information are communicated to users through the appropriate channelsIdentify and diagnose issues and problemsCategorize and record reported queries and provide solutionsSupport problem identificationAdvise users on the appropriate course of actionMonitor issues from start to resolutionEscalate unresolved problems to a higher level of support if needed

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Information ScienceAt least 2 years of related experience or 3-5 years of level experienceA sound understanding of customer service delivery in an IT environmentExperience with desktop hardware and software, including operating systems and MS Office productsTechnical skills and experience with Microsoft, specifically Active DirectoryExcellent communication and customer service skills
