
HR Supervisor

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of solid experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, deployment, and manpower planning.
- Exposure to third-party manpower or service contracting setup is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of DOLE labor laws, D.O. 174, and other employment regulations.
- Ability to create, manage, and adjust manpower setup plans based on client or project requirements.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in addressing client or manpower-related concerns.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with internal departments, clients, and field employees.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.
- Willing to travel to project sites or client locations as needed.
- Amenable to fieldwork if required.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
