The HR Supervisor for Employee Relations is responsible for managing employee relations programs to promote a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues efficiently. This role addresses grievances and ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee relations processes including conflict resolution, employee counseling, and complaint investigations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee behavior and performance issues.
  • Facilitate the resolution of disputes and manage grievance procedures to maintain a supportive workplace.
  • Collaborate with management to improve HR policies related to employee relations.
  • Conduct training on employee relations topics and maintain accurate confidential records of employee relations activities.
  • Monitor organizational changes to identify potential employee relations risks and proactively address them.
  • Coordinate with external parties as needed, including legal counsel or labor representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with progressive responsibilities in employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php38,000.00 per month
