About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR/Admin professional who can go beyond routine tasks and play a key role in shaping our company's growth. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, compliance, and office administration, while also contributing fresh ideas and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, efficiency, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Management:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other regulatory agencies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
Develop employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale.
Administrative Support:
Maintain office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as needed.
Support management with organizational planning and process improvement.
Strategic Contribution:
Propose and implement HR/Admin policies that strengthen company culture.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support leadership in aligning HR and administrative functions with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of HR and Admin experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proactive, innovative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
