Job Description:

  • Identifies and connects with potential agents from industries like insurance, banking, and real estate
  • Manages the complete onboarding process including screening, documentation, and training
  • Coordinates with internal teams like compliance, legal, training, and operations
  • Tracks onboarding progress and supports agents in getting ready to sell
  • Leads info sessions and presentations to introduce our agency model
  • Builds and maintains a pipeline of gent prospects through various channels
  • Prepares progress updates and reports for management
  • Conducts interviews and screening when needed
  • Takes on other tasks that support recruitment and onboarding goals

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in sales-driven industries such as insurance, banking, real estate, recruitment, agency distribution, or financial services is preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CUSP, CIS, or CSR are preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong facilitation and presentation abilities
  • Organized, reliable, and results-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with basic graphic design or presentation tools is a plus
  • Must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a genuine interest in enabling the success of others
