Responsibilities:

  • stock levels and identify purchasing need.
  • Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) market research to identify pricing trendsoffers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Prepare cost analyses
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices

  • Required Skill(s): strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems and applications.
